One of Brazil's oldest varieties. Still one of its finest.
Novo Mundo is among the most historically rooted arabica varieties grown in Brazil — cultivated for generations across Minas Gerais, and still earning its place on specialty tables today. From Fazenda Santa Barbara, this lot arrives with deep red beans at peak ripeness, dried naturally on raised beds to preserve everything the plant worked to build: sweetness, intensity, and a distinctive warmth that is unmistakably Brazilian.
In the cup, Novo Mundo opens with rich chocolate and a gentle apple note, rounded out by a whisper of cinnamon that lingers clean through the finish. The body is medium, the acidity balanced — a coffee with structure and soul, equally at home as an espresso or a slow-pressed morning cup.
