What's the minimum order quantity? +
No minimum for one-off orders. Volume discounts start at 10 units, with our best rates at 50+ units. We cater to both small teams sending 5 gifts and large corporates ordering 200+.
Can we add our company logo or a personalised message card? +
Yes — message cards are available for all orders at no extra charge. Logo-branded packaging and custom inserts are available on orders of 20+ units. Contact us for branding specs and lead times.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives? +
Farmers roast to order. Once we receive the roasted coffee in Oslo we ship immediately. You typically receive coffee that is 2–4 weeks post-roast — the sweet spot for both filter and espresso extraction.
Is this tax-deductible as a business gift in Norway? +
Corporate gifts are tax-free for recipients up to NOK 5,000 per calendar year (Norwegian tax rules). For the giving company, gifts to clients are generally deductible as a business expense. Consult your accountant for your specific situation.
What are the delivery times and shipping costs? +
Standard delivery via Posten/Bring is 2–4 working days Norway-wide. Delivery is included on orders of 10+ units. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout (typically NOK 99–149). International delivery to Sweden and Denmark available on request.
