A classic Brazilian variety with deep roots in the country's coffee history.
Mundo Novo has been grown in Brazil for generations and is still an important arabica variety in Minas Gerais. This lot from Fazenda Santa Barbara is harvested at full ripeness and dried naturally on raised beds to preserve its sweetness and character.
In the cup you meet rich chocolate and a gentle hint of apple, rounded off with a touch of cinnamon and brown sugar. The result is a balanced coffee with medium body, pleasant acidity and a clean aftertaste.
